Broker Onboarding Guide
From initial inquiry to live listings — a clear path for new partners.
What you need
- Company profile (name, contact, website)
- Company logo
- Listings data (CSV or XML)
Steps 1–5
Reach out via email or the apply form with your company name, contact details, website, and a sample export of your yacht listings.
We review your CSV/XML structure against our import requirements and confirm compatibility or document any required column mappings or format changes.
We create your broker profile with company name, phone, public email, logo, and optional details. Your profile then appears in the broker directory and on your yacht listings.
You send your full listings export (CSV or XML). We ingest the data and link each listing to your broker profile.
Listings go live on the platform. Your profile appears in the broker directory and on yacht detail pages for inquiries.
Templates & resources
Best practices
- CSV/XML: Include required columns (name, length, year, price, etc.). Use consistent date formats (YYYY-MM-DD). Match the sample structure for smooth import.
- Logo: PNG or SVG preferred. Min 200px width for clear display. Square or landscape aspect ratios work best. Full spec coming from backend.
Full CSV/XML column spec and logo dimensions will be published once the backend import schema is confirmed.
